At OddBits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we offer a full refund on your purchase price.
To be eligible for a full refund, please contact us at Hello@theoddbits.com with a picture of the item and your receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. We will process your refund as soon as possible.
Please note that returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability, as every return has a carbon footprint. Instead of returning the item, we encourage you to consider donating it to someone in need or repurposing it in a creative way.
Delivery Timeframe:
Most of our items are delivered within 8-14 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors. We strive to ensure prompt delivery and will make our best efforts to meet these timeframes. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will notify you promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
